Safe, stable housing and supportive community for people ready for a fresh start

G.A.I.L. House partners with hospitals, shelters, case managers, the VA, and probation and parole across Hampton Roads, Virginia to place program participants in dignified transitional housing.

Welcome home. You are loved here.

Safe transitional housing, built on dignity

G.A.I.L. House — Giving All Individuals Love — is a community housing organization founded in honor of Gail L. Sullivan, who spent more than three decades as a registered nurse and caregiver dedicating her life to serving others. Every home offers structure, community support, accountability, and a clear path forward.

Every house has a different purpose, but every resident experiences the same promise: dignity, stability, accountability, and love. We are not just providing housing — we are restoring dignity, creating opportunity, and giving people a place to call home.

Her legacy. Our purpose.

Their new beginning.

My mother's life taught us that love is not merely spoken. It is lived through compassion, service, dignity, and grace. May everyone who enters G.A.I.L. House find hope. May every family discover restoration. May every new beginning reflect the enduring legacy of a woman who truly gave all individuals love.

"And as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord." — Joshua 24:15
